Terms and conditions	As a condition precedent for procuring Etisalat Demo Digital Certificate (the Demo Certificate), I undertake the following : - 1. I agree to use the Demo Certificate issued to me by Etisalat under this Undertaking for demonstration only. 2. I agree to use the Demo Certificate and any related Etisalat Certification Services only for the purposes to secure Web browsing and personal E-mail during the demonstration period i.e. from the effective date. 3. I agree that Etisalat shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or however caused incurred by me or by any other party as a result of reliance on or use of the Demo Certificate. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Etisalat for any such loss or damage. 4. Recognizing that Etisalat will communicate to me a URL reference for the purpose of collecting the Demo Certificate, I agree: a. not to provide such URL reference to any third party, and b. not to engage in any hacking, malicious behavior or other non-professional or immoral conduct or any other activities that are against the laws of UAE or any instructions or regulations issued or to be issued by Etisalat in respect of the use of the Demo Certificate whether during or after expiry of this Undertaking. 5. I agree that this Undertaking will become effective and binding on me from the date of completing Etisalat on-line form.
